Departmental Events

The bITsera club of the Department of Information Technology organized a technical event
with the objective of creating awareness about emerging cyber threats and the importance of secure
digital practices in today’s interconnected world. The event aimed to enhance students’
understanding of contemporary cybersecurity challenges and mitigation strategies.

The program covered key topics such as malware and ransomware attacks, phishing and social
engineering, data breaches, cloud security risks, Internet of Things (IoT) vulnerabilities, and
cybercrime trends.
